در آموزش رشته‌های مهندسی حوزه ساختمان در ایران، مباحث مدیریت سازمان کمتر مورد توجه بوده و این سبب می‌گردد عموم مدیران شرکت‌های ساختمانی با مباحث مدیریت سازمان ناآشنا باشند.
به شکلی که در حال حاضر در اکثر شرکت‌های معمــاری به مباحث اساسی و پایه‌ای چون: هدف‌گذاری سازمان، بودجه ریزی پروژه‌ها، تخصیص منابع ‌انسانی و ... توجه کافی نمی‌شود.
در ســال‌های گذشته، عدم توجه به مبانی مدیــریت ســازمان باعث ضربه‌های جدی به فعالیت شــرکت‌های معمــاری شده‌ و بقـــای شــرکت‌های بزرگی را در این حوزه به مخاطـره انداخته‌است.
ما در این فضا تلاش می‌کنیم دانسته‌ها و تجارب خود در حوزه مدیریت در معمــاری را با یکدیگر به اشتراک بگذاریم.

In the education of engineering  in the field of construction in Iran, the topics of organization management have received less attention, and this causes the general managers of construction companies to be unfamiliar with the topics of organization management.
In a way that currently most of the architectural companies do not pay enough attention to the basic topics such as: organization goals, project budgeting, human resources allocation, etc.
In the past years, the lack of attention to the basics of organization management has caused serious blows to the activities of architectural companies and threatened the survival of large companies in this field.
In this space, we try to share our knowledge and experiences in the field of management in architecture.
